3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
User Responsibilities

Billing Cycle
Services are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.). Automatic renewal will occur unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Late Payments
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. A late fee may apply for overdue accounts.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect current billing cycles.
6. Service Level Agreement
Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits according to our SLA terms.
Support Availability
Technical support is available 24/7 via email and live chat. Phone support may be available for premium plans.
Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.
7. Data Backup and Recovery
While we provide backup services, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss due to user error, hacking, or other causes beyond our control.
Backup restoration requests should be submitted through our support system. Additional fees may apply for complex restorations.
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to our servers. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our services, trademarks, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BATEKO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BATEKO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for other reasons including non-payment.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, USA.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Privacy

15. Modifications to Terms
